Nestled in a private cove and overlooking the calm waters of Lake James, our home offers a retreat like no other. As you step onto the weathered wooden porch, the gentle lapping of waves against the shore greets you, creating an immediate sense of peace.

You've found the perfect spot to enjoy Lake Living. Spectacular views in a private retreat on Lake James with a lakefront home with a private dock. Enter the house & you're greeted by an open floor plan with soaring ceilings. The entire house was updated with new furnishings purchased in 2017.
This home has a large fully stocked kitchen featuring a big island and plenty of room to entertain family and friends. The main floor also provides access to the screened porch and large deck overlooking the lake.
Your vacation home will comfortably sleep 12 with the following bedding:
MAIN FLOOR: 1 King | 1 Queen | 2 Bunk Bed Pairs (Sleeps 4)
BASEMENT: 1 Queen & 2 Twins
Each bedroom exudes warmth, with plush bedding and soft hues. The master suite, tucked away on the main floor, offers a private balcony—a perfect spot for morning coffee.
The house was designed to host multiple families with 2 kitchens & 2 living areas. The main floor provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen featuring a large island.
The lower level provides 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a kitchenette and ping pong table. Guests enjoy streaming and live TV on the 3 high-definition TVs and broadband internet with WiFi access is provided.
Once outside guests are welcomed with a small sandy beach and fire pit by the water. Out on the lake, we have a private dock where you'll have the use of our paddleboards and a kayak which provide a great way to explore and enjoy beautiful Lake James.
If you'd like to do more extensive exploring on the lake we're happy to refer you to a couple of marinas that offer pontoon boat rentals.
Guests will have access to the entire property both inside and outside. Holiday Shores is a terrific neighborhood that offers beautiful lake access and lake views.
A car is a necessity around Lake James.
There are great hiking and biking trails nearby. There is much to explore around Lake James.
